Fexco employs over 2,500 people across 29 countries and processes €17bn in transactions per annum across FX, treasury, digital tax and government-backed financing sectors. Operating in highly regulated sectors, the company invests heavily in rigorous methodology and management across all its activities.

Prior to engaging with Voxxify, Fexco’s IT department “Fexco Drive” relied on a combination of traditional IT metrics such as service desk tickets as a proxy for IT Experience, combined with a bi-annual survey of 5% of end-users as part of the ISO/IEC 20000-1 Certification process.
However, as IT service management became a more critical part of business operations, particularly as employees moved to a hybrid model of working, Fexco’s CTO Dave O’Brien wanted to get a more accurate understanding of how technology was delivering for different user types across multiple global locations.
In the summer of 2022 O’Brien and his team gathered end user feedback about IT using the Voxxify platform. The response rate with just two reminders was 45% and the insights provided a strong foundation for the team’s action plan, both validating and informing existing areas prioritized for investment and also highlighting new areas to focus on.
